The Love of Truth – The Truth of Love.

The Love of Truth-The Truth of Love is a programme of spiritual teaching facilitated by Helen Barnes, Spiritual Teacher, Channel and Healer. This programme offers accelerated spiritual growth through a healing journey of consciousness.

Each day’s teaching includes knowledge of the Egyptian Mysteries, in depth exploration into and release of blockages and limitations at each chakric level, healing meditations, connections with the ancient Egyptian Gods and Goddess energies, light language clearing and DNA activations – all combining in a journey to self-realisation.

The Love of Truth
The first level of the programme – The Love of Truth focuses on the lower chakras where fears, limitations and conditioned beliefs are addressed at the base, sacral and solar plexus. At the base we address core fears and the shadow side, at the sacral our personal power and at the solar plexus our inner child. As we heal at each chakric level we are able to transcend the ego personality and move from a state of fear consciousness to one of unconditional love and re-discover the truth of who we truly are. Instead of following our programmed scripts, we are now free to be ALL that we are and unleash our full potential as divine beings incarnate.

Having discovered our Truth, we are ready at the heart chakra (the midway point) to rediscover our essence as pure love and light and fully awaken to the power of unconditional love for self (first) and others.

The Truth of Love
The second level of the programme – The Truth of Love works with the throat, third eye and crown chakras. Having cleared away our baggage and opened our hearts we are equipped to work with our spiritual power serving the light once more. At the throat we address self expression, the third eye magical and healing powers and at the crown wholeness and enlightenment.

Having awakened from within the consciousness of the ancient Egyptian Gods and Goddesses, we are now re-connected with the stellar and cosmic forces and are ready to embrace the unfoldment of the divine plan of mother earth by being our love and shining our light. A lightworker reborn! Our lives will be filled with peace, love, joy and service.

Format and Duration

Day 1 Sat
Arrival at our retreat venue and time to settle in. After an evening meal, there will be a group meditation to link energies and create a sacred circle of divine love.

Day 2 Sun
The teachings begin today with the base chakra working with Annubis, God of Mummification. Here we address our core fears and our ‘shadow’ self.

Day 3 Mon
Today we work at the sacral chakra with Sekhmet, the Goddess of Power and Healing. Here we address issues of personal power and victim energy and find our joy.

Day 4 Tue
Today we work with Horus, the God of Protection at the solar plexus and address and heal our wounded child within.

Day 5 Wed
Today we work with Hathor, the Goddess of Love, Beauty, Music and Joy at the heart chakra addressing self love and unconditional love. This evening we will honour the goddess we truly are with a special ritual celebration.

Day 6 Thu
Today we work with Ptah, God of Architecture at the throat chakra and work with self expression and creation. We embrace the concept that we are the architects of our own lives.

Day 7 Fri
Today we work with Isis, the Goddess of Magic and Healing at the third eye chakra. Here we learn how to awaken our magical powers and manifest the life of our dreams.

Day 9 Sat
Today we work with Osiris, God of the Underworld at the crown chakra and embrace the integration of our journey of consciousness into peaceful wholeness. And partake in an evening meditation and ritual celebration.

Day 10 Sun
After a restful morning and a farewell group lunch, we pack up and head back home feeling whole and alive once more.

A follow up programme is offered to anyone wishing to continue their journey of self realisation. Each programme is specifically designed to suit individual needs.
