Aligning with Truth One Day Workshop

Facilitated by Helen Barnes, International Healer, Spiritual Teacher and Author

The new earth energies are here NOW. This means that we are more than ever being challenged to live in our hearts, to walk in truth and the embrace our authentic selves.

The changes are coming thick and fast and we are being challenged to release any old patterns so that we can align with the truth of all that we are. This means, releasing any limiting behaviours and learning to follow our heart’s intelligence and most importantly living in accordance with Spiritual Law.

The energies of Acceptance and Allowing are critical to life flowing at this time and any resistance is futile as it only creates more chaos. So, what do need to do?

We need to embrace unconditional love of ourselves and others, we need to walk in our truth, to live in integrity and to be authentic. Yet so many of us have limiting patterns and programmes that block us from accepting that all is in divine order and allowing things to be perfect, just the way they are.

This workshop will help you to walk your path of light in a new and empowering way – a way that is supported by the Universe. Remember that the Universe can only support 100% positive energy, so this workshop will also help you eliminate negative patterns and bring in new levels of awareness to allow divine order to flow so that the highest and greatest good prevails in your life.

Helen will be working in a surrendered way to channel wisdom and guidance from the divine realms. She will be working with the Galactic Federation, the Ascended Masters and other beings of 100% light. Sound and vibrational energies using the Language of Light will play an integral role in this workshop.
